The 12 seater van felt like part of the family after 12 days of hire. Loved the space and luggage compartment. It was the best way to travel over 2500 kms not feeling clammed up in a smaller vehicle.. Very reliable vehicle and Samuels will always be my place of choice when I’m in NZ.

Pick up was easy and timed in sync with our arrival. Drop off we went to their unit and they dropped us back to the airport, was smooth and easy. Car gave us no issues at all through our trip.

This very comfortable Sprinter brought our family of 8 with lots of luggage all over the North Island of New Zealand. The company is also super flexible. We changed the pick-up point from the airport to IBIS budget hotel Auckland Airport, shortened the rental period by 1 day, changed the drop off to Skycity hotel in Auckland instead of the airport. They accepted all these requests. Another incident when I emailed them past 7pm regarding the folding of the side mirror and Becky replied almost immediately. I strongly recommend renting from them!

Wonderful experience with Samuels car hire. Great communications when I landed at Queenstown there was someone waiting there for me to show me to the car. I went with another family who booked another car service where a shuttle bus took them to another location to pick up the car which added 2-3 hours to our trip. Samuel’s car hire just made things simple for us and especially after a long flight. Returning the car was easy and close to the airport. A brilliant experience with Samuels from beginning to end. They are more of a niche provider so some of the processes are a bit more manual but all the communication was excellent. Becky was understanding and helpful even when I had a bit of an issue with making my payment on time due to a problem at my bank. Sharon was there waiting for us when we landed and was super nice and helpful, even offering some tips for our trip and helping me when I couldn't contact the Christchurch office for drop off a week later. The van was immaculate and fantastic to drive and very comfortable for our group and all our luggage. I would 100% recommend Samuels and if I ever have the opportunity to use them again, I won't consider anyone else.

Our big family group of 15 were very comfortable with the luxury van that Samuels Queenstown provided. It had comfortable leather seats and massive garage at the back that did not even fill with our big luggages. The van was basically new and was really easy to drive. We hired a 8 seater luxury van. It was safe, excellent, clean, spacious, and had enough room for 8 of us with ample luggage space. Their van matches the description and the price we paid for. Communication and booking process was easy and confirmation was swift. The whole booking and the pick up and return process was easy and at the airport itself.
