This very comfortable Sprinter brought our family of 8 with lots of luggage all over the North Island of New Zealand. The company is also super flexible. We changed the pick-up point from the airport to IBIS budget hotel Auckland Airport, shortened the rental period by 1 day, changed the drop off to Skycity hotel in Auckland instead of the airport. They accepted all these requests. Another incident when I emailed them past 7pm regarding the folding of the side mirror and Becky replied almost immediately. I strongly recommend renting from them!

Awesome Safe, reliable and comfortable journey for all the 16 of us, including kids. Going around New Zealand for about 5,000 km was a breeze with Samuels Mercedes van. Great support from the Samuels Auckland team to fix some issues such as fused lights.

I’m pleased to pick up the sprinter from Samuel Vehicle. He picked up arrangement was OK and the people for booking is friendly. The car is in very good condition. The car cam was sliding door and additional step which were in and out when the door is open and closing, it is very helpful for elder people and young children who step in outer car .We only pay addition few dollars to upgrade to a new model with Apple CarPlay. If we ever came back to New Zealand for holiday, we will use Samuel vehicle for sure.

Hiring the car from Samuels Vehicle Hire in Christchurch was seemless and effortless. The 12-seater car was spacious and you could stand up inside the car (I'm 1.76m tall). The luggage compartment is spacious too and could easily fit all the luggages that we have. Powerful enough engine to maneuver the slopes of Queenstown. Will hire again from Samuels Vehicle Hire if we visit NZ again. Julian

**Excellent Service and Great Vehicle!** I recently rented a 12-seater Mercedes Sprinter from Samuels Vehicle Hire for 5 days, picking it up in Christchurch and returning it in Queenstown. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy everything was. The vehicle was in excellent condition – very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly fuel-efficient for its size. It was perfect for our group of 8, with plenty of extra space for luggage. Their customer service was outstanding. They stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the rental period and even dropped the vehicle off for us at the Christchurch airport. The return process was just as smooth – I dropped the vehicle at Wyndham Garden Hotel, and Russ kindly gave me a ride to the airport, which was a nice touch. What also impressed me was how affordable they were compared to other rental companies I checked online. The experience as a whole was seamless. I'll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to others!

We hired 12 seater van. It was nice but needed a phone holder. We were also concerned about drop off of vehicle at Christchurch and then someone dropping us to airport. But it was smooth and seamless; and nearby. Thanks Samuel Vehicles. We will hire it again!!!!!

Amazing service - there on time to pick up and drop off. Very good pre rental experience as well with photos sent in advance. And driving the van was a dream. Would definitely hire from here again
