We used a Benz Sprinter 12 seaters during our time in Auckland and Rotorua and the experience was just as great. The van was clean, reliable, and perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings with the whole family. It made getting around so easy and comfortable.

The 12 seater van felt like part of the family after 12 days of hire. Loved the space and luggage compartment. It was the best way to travel over 2500 kms not feeling clammed up in a smaller vehicle.. Very reliable vehicle and Samuels will always be my place of choice when I’m in NZ.

Samuels Vehicle Hire were amazing. We hired a small bus to transport our group of golfers and it was perfect and fitted everyone and their clubs easily. Becky was so accommodating and when we had a slight mishap she was able to fix everything. Highly recommend.

Such an easy company to deal with, amazing personalised service of drop off and pick up at the airport terminal delivering the van to us in person. Jackie was lovely and inspiringly intuitive with her timing at pick up and drop off. Vehicle was superb for our needs, passengers all felt very comfortable and huge luggage space in the back. We hired a Benz Sprinter for our family trip from Christchurch to Queenstown, and everything went perfectly. The vehicle was comfortable, spacious, and ideal for the long scenic drive. It made our journey through the South Island smooth and enjoyable.

Great experience with our 2-week hire from Samuel's Rentals. The 8-seat Mercedes Valente was comfy, roomy and easy to drive. It fitted the 6 of us easily, with 6 suitcases and other bags comfortably and made our 2,700km trip around the South Island so much more enjoyable. The booking process as well as pickup / dropoff was also very smooth & efficient.

Our experience with Samuels Vehicle Hire was very smooth. All paperwork was completed in advance, so pick up was quick and easy. The vehicle was great, and the after hours drop off system is well set up - with the slight snag of trying to manoeuvre a very long vehicle into a car park in a very full carpark. But that was a minor hassle. Overall, this company was just great to deal with and I highly recommend them.

We hired a 12 seater van for my daughter’s birthday. Amazing service! Easy to book, great vehicle and the staff were very accomodating when we requested a slightly later return time. Would highly recommend Samuel’s Vehicle Hire! Will definitely return when needed.

Very happy! Had 6 people and lots of bags so hired the Mercedes Valente, we were thrilled with the experience. The van as immaculately kept and very comfortable for all the passengers, plenty of room. The van drove beautifully. Communication and service was great, will definitely be return customers next time to NZ.

We rented a 12 seater sprinter - high roof for a group of 8 people. It was surprisingly spacious. It could easily fit 8 medium to large suitcases at the back allowing plenty of space to park small items like jackets and handbags. If you hire a high roof, make sure you have a parking spot on the driveway as it would most likely not fit in any standard size garage in NZ. The height of our sprinter was 2.8m The communication from the team was excellent. The vehicle was hand delivered to us at Queenstown airport and the instructions to drop it off at Christchurch airport were super clear. Vehicle was clean and super fuel efficient. I would happily give business again to Samuel's Vehicle Hire. Great bunch of people who understands the requirements of a large group and NZ car rental market.

Amazing customer service and vans. Well kept vans and easy communication. Service at that level and with such integrity is a rare find and highly recommended. Sharon was an outstanding support, we will come and use their rentals again.

We hired a 12 seater van from Samuels Vehicle Hire in Queenstown and it was an excellent experience with exceptional customer service - pick up was super smooth with Russ coming to greet us at the airport terminal and the drop-off was seamless as well. Vehicle was in great condition and suited our needs for the entire trip. Will happily use Samuels Vehicle Hire in Queenstown again should we need in the future :)

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, tidy and very new models. Large cargo space, comfortable, large leg and head rooms, family was very happy. The Mercedes Sprinter is very powerful and easy to drive.
