The 12 seater van felt like part of the family after 12 days of hire. Loved the space and luggage compartment. It was the best way to travel over 2500 kms not feeling clammed up in a smaller vehicle.. Very reliable vehicle and Samuels will always be my place of choice when I’m in NZ.

Samuels Vehicle Hire were amazing. We hired a small bus to transport our group of golfers and it was perfect and fitted everyone and their clubs easily. Becky was so accommodating and when we had a slight mishap she was able to fix everything. Highly recommend.

This very comfortable Sprinter brought our family of 8 with lots of luggage all over the North Island of New Zealand. The company is also super flexible. We changed the pick-up point from the airport to IBIS budget hotel Auckland Airport, shortened the rental period by 1 day, changed the drop off to Skycity hotel in Auckland instead of the airport. They accepted all these requests. Another incident when I emailed them past 7pm regarding the folding of the side mirror and Becky replied almost immediately. I strongly recommend renting from them!

Our experience with Samuels was absolutely wonderful! We rented a 12 passenger van for a 15 day road trip. My group of 8, all of our luggage, and our many purchases fit perfectly and comfortably in the van. The staff was amazing and helpful throughout the entire booking/ travel process. Our experience with Samuels Vehicle Hire was very smooth. All paperwork was completed in advance, so pick up was quick and easy. The vehicle was great, and the after hours drop off system is well set up - with the slight snag of trying to manoeuvre a very long vehicle into a car park in a very full carpark. But that was a minor hassle. Overall, this company was just great to deal with and I highly recommend them.

We rented a 12 seater sprinter - high roof for a group of 8 people. It was surprisingly spacious. It could easily fit 8 medium to large suitcases at the back allowing plenty of space to park small items like jackets and handbags. If you hire a high roof, make sure you have a parking spot on the driveway as it would most likely not fit in any standard size garage in NZ. The height of our sprinter was 2.8m The communication from the team was excellent. The vehicle was hand delivered to us at Queenstown airport and the instructions to drop it off at Christchurch airport were super clear. Vehicle was clean and super fuel efficient. I would happily give business again to Samuel's Vehicle Hire. Great bunch of people who understands the requirements of a large group and NZ car rental market.

We hired a 12 seater van from Samuels Vehicle Hire in Queenstown and it was an excellent experience with exceptional customer service - pick up was super smooth with Russ coming to greet us at the airport terminal and the drop-off was seamless as well. Vehicle was in great condition and suited our needs for the entire trip. Will happily use Samuels Vehicle Hire in Queenstown again should we need in the future :)

Very happy! Had 6 people and lots of bags so hired the Mercedes Valente, we were thrilled with the experience. The van as immaculately kept and very comfortable for all the passengers, plenty of room. The van drove beautifully. Communication and service was great, will definitely be return customers next time to NZ.

We recently hired a sprinter van from Samuels and the whole experience has been seamless from start to finish. We also needed a baby seat they could not provide, so they recommended tots on tour who were also amazing to deal with they coordinated with each other so we could simply get off the plane and go. Highly recommend using Samuels for your hire vehicle, the van was great for us as we were a large group travelling together and got to explore lots of places with no issues with the van.
