This very comfortable Sprinter brought our family of 8 with lots of luggage all over the North Island of New Zealand. The company is also super flexible. We changed the pick-up point from the airport to IBIS budget hotel Auckland Airport, shortened the rental period by 1 day, changed the drop off to Skycity hotel in Auckland instead of the airport. They accepted all these requests. Another incident when I emailed them past 7pm regarding the folding of the side mirror and Becky replied almost immediately. I strongly recommend renting from them!

The handling of the vehicle was very smooth and comfortable too drive. I had alot of items that i had to travel with but everything fit so perfectly. Next time I will re-hire from this place again.

The car I rented from Samuel vehicle was mecerdes printer12 seater.. Everything is good, We love the extended step when the sliding doors is open, it helps young children an elder people to get on and off the car.

We hired the 17 seater Sprinter minibus, and it was perfect for our group to take to Kerikeri. Becky was great to deal with and sort it all out, and meeting Jackie at the airport was a breeze. The van/bus was modern, well looked after, and very easy to drive. Very comfortable for the driver and passengers.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter) was perfect for family of 7 with plenty of room, great to drive, and economical which was handy for NZ fuel prices. Staff met us at International Arrivals and gave efficient preview of vehicle, and simple return procedure after the end of our stay. We commented frequently how it was the best decision to hire through Samuels, highly recommend to everyone with large families.

I have pleasant experience dealing with Samuel’s Vehicle Hire Christchurch. I reserved a 17 seaters Mercedes van for accommodating 16 adults, the vehicle is well fit for all the adults and luggages. Super nice car and very spacious. The pick-up and drop-off processes are simple and went smoothly, the staff response is superb. Thumbs up for your service and the vehicle. I’m pleased to pick up the sprinter from Samuel Vehicle. He picked up arrangement was OK and the people for booking is friendly. The car is in very good condition. The car cam was sliding door and additional step which were in and out when the door is open and closing, it is very helpful for elder people and young children who step in outer car .We only pay addition few dollars to upgrade to a new model with Apple CarPlay. If we ever came back to New Zealand for holiday, we will use Samuel vehicle for sure.

Rented a Mercedes and it fitted 8 of us easily with 9 luggage’s. Van is clean and comfortable! Fast response from Samuel’s on our queries on road conditions and great advice given. Will definitely look for Samuel’s again for our next visit 😊😊😊

**Excellent Service and Great Vehicle!** I recently rented a 12-seater Mercedes Sprinter from Samuels Vehicle Hire for 5 days, picking it up in Christchurch and returning it in Queenstown. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy everything was. The vehicle was in excellent condition – very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly fuel-efficient for its size. It was perfect for our group of 8, with plenty of extra space for luggage. Their customer service was outstanding. They stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the rental period and even dropped the vehicle off for us at the Christchurch airport. The return process was just as smooth – I dropped the vehicle at Wyndham Garden Hotel, and Russ kindly gave me a ride to the airport, which was a nice touch. What also impressed me was how affordable they were compared to other rental companies I checked online. The experience as a whole was seamless. I'll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to others!

We hired 12 seater van. It was nice but needed a phone holder. We were also concerned about drop off of vehicle at Christchurch and then someone dropping us to airport. But it was smooth and seamless; and nearby. Thanks Samuel Vehicles. We will hire it again!!!!!

Excellent service and great vehicle. I was met at the airport in Queenstown to collect and again in Auckland to return the van - all went very smoothly.
