Our experience with Samuels was absolutely wonderful! We rented a 12 passenger van for a 15 day road trip. Samuels Vehicle Hire is a fantastic service from beginning to end! Making the reservation on-line was simple. They requested some information prior to arrival via a linked form which was easy to do. Getting the vehicle at AKL was simple and painless due to Jackie's wonderful communication which included pictures of the signage we needed to follow (Nice touch Jackie!). Drop-off was just as easy, Jackie was standing next to the car before I had even gotten out. The van itself was absolutely perfect for what we needed, even with the steering wheel being on the wrong side :) We had six people in our group and reserved the eight seat van. Everyone had plenty of room and the luggage space was just right. When we come back to New Zealand Samuels is our first call. Thank you for the great service!

Hiring the car from Samuels Vehicle Hire in Christchurch was seemless and effortless. The 12-seater car was spacious and you could stand up inside the car (I'm 1.76m tall). The luggage compartment is spacious too and could easily fit all the luggages that we have. Powerful enough engine to maneuver the slopes of Queenstown. Will hire again from Samuels Vehicle Hire if we visit NZ again. Julian

The entire process of enquiry , registration and check-in was a breeze. There was also meet-and-greet service where the vehicle was driven to the airport at a convenient location for us to load our luggages. We booked a mercedes sprinter 12 seater which boosts comfortable seats and plenty of luggage spaces for our needs. Instructions to return vehicle after office hours were precised and shuttle service back to the airport was also provided. Overall a very pleasant experience!

An excellent experience. Great communication from prior to the booking. Ease of pickup with pre-checkin process. We had a 16 seater van and it was modern, clean and spacious. Drop off was just as easy. Just make sure you pickup/drop off at the allocated time (or amend it) as the office isn't staffed all the time. Have usually hired through another van rental company but will now always pick Samuels! Thanks again.
